Help Our National Forests

In this day and age, it is vital that we prioritize sustainability efforts to preserve our forests, not only for our future generations to enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife but for the overall health of the world. Reconnecting with the lands that our pioneers broke ground in is one way to start; but what comes after is just as important. Other than respecting our lands and following national park and forest guidelines, here are some other ways to help out:

  • Volunteer with USDA Forest Service
  • Donate money to help restore forests through your local National Forest Penny Pines program. Here is an example of the Stanislaus National Forest Penny Pines program.
  • Work for the USDA Forest Service. Here are some examples of USDA Forest Service Careers.
